Please help me fix my teeth

Hello every one my name is Paul , unfortunately I’ve been losing my ability to eat due to my teeth . I’ve been losing sleep over countless nights , been in more pain that I can describe.I would never wish what I have felt on anyone . Well the past week that pain has become unbearable,I went to the dentist and they said I have a large amount of infection in my gums ,and that most of my existing teeth(parts of teeth ) need to be removed. I’m 28 years old currently . The dentist said if I have all my teeth removed now by the time I’m 50 I’ll have little to no jaw bone left ,which would make it very easy for my jaw bone break and impossible to keep dentures in . I need to get implants . They are very expensive , and I do not have the capability to pay for it to be done . If anyone , can spare a dollar or more to me i will be forever be great full and in your debt . I haven’t been able to happily smile in many years , and haven’t been able to chew correctly in quite a few years . I’d love to be able to take pictures with my family and friends and not be ashamed of the way I look . All the money that is raised on this go fund me will go to me having my teeth fixed . Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you so much in advance
