Be a Part of Jacob's Road to Recovery

I am reaching out for assistance for a very special young man who has impacted our lives tremendously.
Jacob is a quiet, soft-spoken, young man who loves fiercely. He's shy and keeps to himself mostly, yet his love and kindness are endless to those who are blessed to know him. As you can see in the photo, his smile lights up a room!
He is his mother's rock and is a compassionate caretaker for his elderly grandmother, who suffers from dementia and is also battling cancer. His love knows no bounds!
On February 9th, his mother received a call that no parent EVER wants to receive. Her baby boy was in a near-fatal car accident. First responders had to extricate him from his car, which took over 30 minutes (he suffered oxygen loss for an unknown amount of time) and he was rushed to the nearby Level II Trauma hospital. He was abruptly taken back for surgery and underwent an emergency craniectomy. The doctors worked swiftly and fervently to alleviate the pressure and excess buildup of cerebrospinal fluid that was quickly accumulating in his head and placed a valve to allow for more room for his injured brain to swell and minimize additional damage. Scans revealed that he has already suffered at least two strokes. Additionally, he suffered two compound fractures, one in each leg. One in his femur and the other in his tibia. We later found out he broke his elbow as well.
He will be undergoing a tracheostomy and will also be receiving a feeding tube. Additionally, he is receiving treatment to prevent pneumonia. His vital signs and other organs are performing well, but he is definitely not out of the woods yet. In the upcoming months, he will need extensive rehabilitation and continued care. We do not yet know the full extent of his traumatic brain injury.
His mother has enough to be concerned about with his healing journey and doesn't need to stress over finances. So, I am asking for you to please help this amazing young man and his mother. ANY donation amount helps and nothing is too small. I ask for your prayers, positive vibes, love, and generosity to bring much-needed relief to them and their family during this extremely difficult time.
The doctors stated that "Jacob will not be the same". And Jacob WILL FOR...EVER be changed and we DECLARE it will be for the greatest good! He WILL BE God's living testimony to HIS love and greatness! We are believing in a miracle and we stand in truth and agreement that God is our mighty physician, healer, and miracle worker!!!
Jacob is a fighter and a true testament to tenacity and determination! Won't you be a part of his road to recovery?
