Kathy’s journey to crush cancer

Hello, my name is Shaun. I am creating this on behalf of my mother, Kathy.

 

My mother who is my world, the best Nana, the greatest aunt, the most amazing sister and daughter, the glue to our family, the one who is there for everyone else when needed without asking or second guessing, needs our support.

 

My mom ended up in the ER on 4/25/2022 due to having severe stomach pain. They ran a series of tests and she has been diagnosed with a very unforeseen diagnoses of ovarian/uterine cancer. She will undergo her first surgery in the next week or so to have a complete hysterectomy. At that time we will learn the severity and complexity of what exactly we are dealing with and what the future will hold as far as treatment options.

 

I am starting this fundraiser to help ease her financial burden while she fights the biggest fight of her life. She does not have any medical insurance. Any help during this time will be appreciated.
