Be a part of William's Warrior Team

Hi family and friends! We are putting together this fundraiser to aid in the medical expenses for William, our 17 year old nephew. Many of you know that he went into surgery (just before Christmas in 2022) to remove a tumor they found on his pituitary gland. During surgery, they determined it was not a straight forward procedure and took a biopsy. They diagnosed the tumor to be a form of Germinoma cancer. He is currently on a 12 week chemotherapy plan to be followed by additional treatments depending on progress.

The Zahn family moved to North Carolina in August of 2022 and in all of our eyes, it saved William's life. This decision led them to the team of doctors that only needed a few days to listen to Jennifer and Bill's concerns and gave them answers to questions they had been searching over a year for.

William is still smiling and laughing through his treatment. He is truly the strongest one out of all of us. The strength and positivity that runs through the Zahn family is incredible and inspiring. We want them to know that we are all out here looking to support them in any way that we can.

We are asking our family and friends to help us relieve some of the burden that is our healthcare system. There are a lot of treatments, prescriptions, hospital admissions, and other expenses starting to funnel in. William will also have to maintain his Diabetes insipidus for the rest of his life. Any amount of help would mean so much! With this fundraiser, we want them to solely focus on what is important: William coming out on the other side of this, stronger than ever.
