Beren’s Fight for Life: You Can Be the Hope with Your Support
In June 2024, 12-year-old Beren was diagnosed with aplastic anemia, and since then, she has been fighting a life-changing battle. A glimmer of hope appeared when, on July 3, 2024, her sister became her bone marrow donor and underwent the transplant. However, complications after the transplant continue to threaten Beren’s health.
Beren’s body is unable to fight infections due to a virus called CMV (Cytomegalovirus). This has become a major obstacle in her journey toward recovery. Unfortunately, the existing medications in Turkey are ineffective, and Beren’s body has developed immunity to all of them.
The only remaining hope is an experimental medication from Europe. This medication is critical for Beren’s survival. However, the treatment requires a total of 12 courses over a period of 3 months, and the total cost for the medication amounts to 90,000 Euros. This significant sum is beyond the family’s financial capacity, and they are in desperate need of external help to continue the treatment.
Beren’s family is fighting a hard battle for their daughter’s health, and they need the support of generous donors like you in this challenging journey. Your contribution will play a crucial role in continuing Beren’s treatment and helping her regain her health.
Donations made for Beren will lighten the financial burden on her family, who are struggling, and will increase the hope for their daughter’s survival. Each contribution will be a significant step toward bringing Beren closer to health. Together, let’s be the hope for Beren.
