Be Nabils hope in crisis

Dear Generous supporters, my name is Sandy Yassine and I am from Melbourne, Australia. I have set up this campaign on behalf of my Palestinian friend Ahmad Daban and his newborn baby Nabil from Gaza. Ahmad and baby Nabil are currently displaced and they are suffering from various things such as homelessness, sickness, lack of medicine, extremely limited food, and various other things in the north part of the Gaza Strip. Baby Nabil a newborn requires medical services that are not available in Gaza and are desperate to travel to help his situation. Imagine a world where a newborn baby is surrounded by the sounds of conflict, the smell of constant death , no baby formula and limited medical supplies, and scarce resources.

This is the sad reality for baby Nabil. Left with only his father by his side trying to protect him and keep him alive and healthy in such dire circumstances.

“Imagine your newborn crying day and night desperate for some milk and all you can do is hold him to comfort him and pray he will stop crying and sleep, because you are unable to get the milk that he so desperately needs”.

A father’s heart is filled with love, yet it’s weighed down by fear. The sounds of sirens and distant explosions are constant reminders of the dangers that surround them. Hospitals in Gaza are overwhelmed, with limited access to essential medical supplies and personnel. And diseases which are extremely dangerous for infants. Baby Nabil faces an uncertain future without the critical care he desperately needs.

Our little hero needs specialized medical attention that can only be found outside of Gaza. We have identified a safe facility where this baby can receive the necessary treatments and support. But to get there, we need your help.
