Hi everyone,

My name is Nicole, and I'm a proud single mom of two from Memphis, TN. Life hasn’t always been easy — I went through some tough years until I moved from South Carolina to Arizona. Once I got settled in, I started selling home-cooked plates three times a week to earn a little extra money to support my kids’ sports activities.

Then something beautiful happened — the local football team asked me to cater their Christmas event. That moment sparked something in me. I realized how much I truly love cooking for others. But without the funds to pursue it fully, I had to put that dream on hold and focus on working two jobs to provide for my family.

Now, I'm in a better place, and I believe it's finally time to chase that dream.

I’m so excited to share my vision: launching my very own catering business! Cooking isn’t just a passion for me — it’s how I show love, build community, and bring people together through flavor and care.
