beagles vet bills

good afternoon my name is alyson, we recently had 2 beagles dumped on our property, they have been beaten and starved, they have scars and cuts on them, their tails look like the ends were either chopped or bit, they have fractured leg from what i can tell and they have infections in their eyes, im looking for some help to get them the vet attention they need, anything would help. thank you so much for your time!
