BeastSoul’s Emergency Moving Funds!

Hey there, I'm Chelsy (aka 'BeastSoul') and I'm a self-employed freelance monster artist currently working on escaping a highly abusive and toxic living situation that has crippled my sense of security in my own home, destroyed my happiness and worst of all my creativity due to the stress of living in near-constant survival mode.

This has been going on for 2+ years, progressively escalating the last 6 months and I'm at my breaking point. I'm never one to ask for money, but at this point I'm very desperate. All I want is to live somewhere that I have peace and saftey, where I don't feel like I have to constantly look over my shoulder out of fear of being harassed or assaulted, to simply be happy and make art again like I used to.

The man who unfortunately lives with my mother and I is a narcissistic sociopath who gets a sick pleasure out of psychologically manipulating and emotionally abusing others like it's some sick game. He's intentionally making it unbearable to live with him and he's borderline delusional, living in his own little fantasy world thinking he never does anything wrong, constantly pinning blame for his faults/actions on others, and never taking accountability for his own actions. A predator who disguises himself as prey, he wears various masks but once you see past it, you can't unsee it. He's even blocked our security cameras in common areas of the house and attempted to physically assault me due to his short temper by lunging at me with a closed fist during an argument when he was fully capable of walking away. Ever since then I have constantly been living on edge in my own home, feeling the need to keep various weapons within reach at all times even doing something as simple as working at my desk. It's no way to live. It's not even living at this point anymore, it's surviving.

The friends I am moving in with I've known for the better part of a decade, I've spent extended periods of time staying with them and we all uplift and support one another and coexist very well, especially since we all do art for a living! Moving with them will help restore my sense of security, and place me in a desperately needed uplifting and loving environment that will help me with my healing process.

FUNDING BREAKDOWN

Rental Truck - $1652.78

Flying Friends 1 & 2 up to help pack/move - ~+$300

Flying Friend 2 back home after move - ~$150

Hotel - ~$141

Other Expenses will include (but not limited to); Gas for the moving truck+car, Furniture (I don't have much to my name atm), Small Temp Storage Unit, Food, Taxes for the GoFundMe, Therapy

Should this GoFundMe exceed its goal, all excess donations will be going towards groceries, bills and rent so I can focus on recovering.

As I've mentioned before, I'm never one to ask for help or donations (and quite frankly I'm abit ashamed of asking for help), but any and all help no matter how small is immensely appreciated and I'll be forever grateful to anyone who aids me in my start to a better life, so I can continue doing what I love and making spooky art to share with the world.
