Beating Scleroderma with Alex

Hello Everyone, 

I am looking at this blank screen really not sure where to start. 

I am a single mother of four beautiful children; 3 girls and 1 boy. 

They say when life throws you lemons, make lemonade. I can firmly tell you, the last few years my family and I have been able to master making this famous so called "lemonade." 

A few years ago, one of my daughters was diagnosed with Lymphoma. The worst pain any parent could endure is seeing any one of your children in pain. As a family unit, we fought hard and my daughter fought even harder. Day after day, week after weeks, month after months- Claudia was determined to be cured. I can finally say my daughter is cancer free! 

Just when we thought the worst was over, my youngest of the bunch, Alex, was diagnosed with scleroderma. 

What is scleroderma? Don't worry, I had never heard of it either. 

It all just seems like a blur when the doctor started explaining to us that my youngest daughter suffered from scleroderma. To be honest, all I can remember is hearing "there is no cure for this disease." 

I see my daughter, who is an amazing tattoo artist, feeling like her worlds being turned upside down.  This disease starts with the hands and goes from there. 

I don't know where to turn to and I am just hoping that theres a possibility that just one person may relate and want to help. 

Being a single mom is hard- very hard. I have somehow managed to work so many side jobs to be able to afford our home, food and everything else that comes along with motherhood. 

With medical bills already piled up, to almost losing my home and now this; I'm asking if you can help, please help. Every penny will go the length!

Most of all, I ask that you pray. Pray for my daughter Alex and for the doctors to find a cure for all others who are struggling with this disease as well. 

I know God will provide, he always does.
