Beautiful orange cat found dumped vet fundraiser

Beautiful orange boy cat was found on the street, sick, of course fleas and ear mites and worms. He has upper respiratory and kidney infection. He is very sweet and was waiting for someone to help him. Seems like his owners just dumped him out on the street. He can't survive on his own. We all need help from each other just like he does.
