Beautify iconic Parkview Estates

The Parkview Social Club coordinates fun social events for the residents in our park.   We are also committed to keeping Parkview a beautiful place to live.  One of our goals is to bring some of our common areas and entrances up to date with landscaping and lighting.   We are reaching out to our PV residents and friends to help raise funds for these beautification projects.   Some of the targeted areas of improvement include:

Landscaping, corner of Belardo & Mesquite
Renovate and improve all the landscaping on the corner of Belardo & Mesquite that surround our iconic Parkview sign.  Over the last month we have worked diligently to clean up and replant this corner with items growing in abundance within the park’s common areas.  With the help of Sherry and her staff we have updated some of the watering system with new drip lines too.  We still need some flowering shrubs and granite/stone.

Waterfall
We have completed the landscaping renovation and just need some granite/stone to distribute.  We would one day like to order PARKVIEW letters to pin to the top of the waterfall.

Exterior Lighting (Iconic sign, up Mesquite, waterfall & pool area)
The lighting at the Waterfall, down Mesquite to the iconic PARKVIEW sign and around the pools is in desperate need of repair and updating. 

Landscaping, pool & walkway
We have been working with Sherry to refresh the landscaping where needed.  We have started this and will keep working on this throughout the summer.

Stone Terrace park & raised bed garden area
We were fortunate to have a landscape architect draw us a new walking park that will include a corner for raised garden beds for residents that might be interested in.  This will be located using the two empty lots on West Stone Terrace.  

Billiard room
Refresh landscaping and improvements inside the billiard room.
