As a family we are trying to help our Aunt raise money to help with the cost of surgery and rehab for her dearly loved companion, Bebe.

Bebe is a black Lab, 5 years old and full of love and energy, the perfect company for our 90 year old Aunt Sunny until a sudden limp and then misdiagnosis happened late last year while they lived in California.

Bebe will undergo surgery for a cruciate repair, including putting a plate in tomorrow, Sept 7, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee to try to correct a previous surgery performed in Redding, California (Bebe’s previous home) which wasn’t the surgery to resolve the issue making it difficult for climbing steps, or even the simple task of taking a walk. Bebe is the companion to our almost 91 year old Aunt Sunny who has recently uprooted from Northern California to start a new adventure just outside Nashville. She is a vibrant, proud woman and is busy fixing up the home she has purchased for herself and her dog. She keeps a tight rein on her budget (living on Social Security) but after paying for the previous failed surgery is now faced with a large surgical bill, the cost of rehabilitation equipment (including a pen to limit movement for approximately 3 months) and follow up visits to help Bebe recover and regain her quality of life.
