Because Hope sometimes needs a little help.

i am a heart doctor and a horse enthusiast on the USA southern border. Recently a refugee from Nicaragua got to my stable asking if he can ride with us as he was a horse trainer at home. He has been the must respectful and kind person you can encountered . Just last week ,his 4 years old daughter was diagnosed with Wilms tumor , an aggressive abdominal cancer that if untreated , inevitably ends with rapid death. The little angel live in Nicaragua with her mother and had no economic means to afford her treatment with chemotherapy. We are trying to bring hope and treatment to his daughter of God that could very well have been our daughter.

As of August 2, Ailanis has received 3 treatments of her chemo. She has lost some hair but not Hope. It is because of people like you that she has a fighting chance . God bless you all.
