Because life am i right

Hi guys, Amanda here. As some of you know i had been dealing with some health issues since last November and those issues ended up in cancer diagnosis. A stage 3 cervical cancer diagnosis. And im not a surgical candidate. As a family we have been handling it well, the kids have adjusted to changes that had to be made over the summer (no camping, swimming trips to veyo, or annual lagoon trip) and as a mom i couldnt be more proud.

But if you know me, you know i dont like asking for help and neither does chance.

But life is like hey we know your going thru some stuff but lets also throw on some more.

Chances truck has been down for a week, the truck he uses to support us in more then one way, and while we have been lucky enough to have friends with an extra car he is able to use to get him to and from work, he cant use the car to clean pools (this is after have to cut pools to a minimum so that he could be there for my treatment). And my car that is used to get me to all of my necessary doctors appointments is now in need of so repairs. This all on top or regular bills, added medical bills (lets not even talk about the medical bills) and i havent been able to work. And we arent sure when i will be able to work, doctors are saying atleast 3 months. Oh, and lets not forget kids go back to school soon, so theres school shopping to be done.

We tried to apply for assistance, chance makes 100 dollars to much a month to qualify for anything, even with my health diagnosis. And they want to include tessas income. Tessa paid for her truck, she pays for her insurance, she pays her own cell phone bill. She pays for her own gas that she uses, i will not ask my teenager to help contribute to the house hold bills, she already will stop and get milk or groceries if we need on her way home and refuses to let me give her any money.

So that leaves me here typing this up knowing the fact that this is where we are at right now. We hate asking. Ive had this saved and waiting to be posted for a few days now because thats how much i hate asking for help.
