Hi there.
This fundraiser is here on behalf of our good friend Becca Flynn. She has been a great help to many of us when we were going through rough times and we want to be able to give back to her.
Last month Becca was hit with a bill from her college for a total of $4877.43. She has tried to get the bill lowered yet her adviser has told her that since she is under the age of 23 they need her parents information. Her mom has been stubborn and not gone to the college to help her the bill lowered. The due date for this bill is September 11th and if it is not paid for by that date then the bill will be increased by a 1.5 times interest rate. This on top of bills and rent, will cause her to go into extreme debt and tremendously lower her standard of living. She is trying her best to save money, but with her current living situation and job she will not be able to have the money for the bill in time before the due date.
Becca has been a pillar of strength and support in our community of friends. We all want help her through this hard time and situation just as she has helped all of us numerous times. Seeing someone be put into debt like this sucks; that's why any help you can give, be that donating or merely spreading the word, would be much appreciated!
