Becca Runs the Boston Marathon for Rosie's Place
Tax deductible
I’m thrilled to be running the 127th Boston Marathon to raise money for Rosie’s Place and would greatly appreciate your help. Founded in 1974 as the first women’s shelter in the United States, Rosie’s Place continues to provide a safe and nurturing environment for poor and unhoused women in Boston.
I have been connected to Rosie’s Place for over a decade. Through my long-time experience volunteering as a Server in the kitchen, I have seen firsthand how Rosie’s Place has cultivated a unique culture that always puts its guests first, offering love and support to those in need without patronizing. Since moving away from Boston, I am thrilled to support Rosie’s Place in a new capacity as a fundraiser.
This will be my first time running a marathon and first time fundraising for an organization.
$5,000 is an ambitious target; every donation, whether large or small, is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your generosity and support. Your contribution is going toward an organization near and dear to my heart!
