Becky Moreno's Road to Recovery

My name is Chanda, and I am setting this page up on behalf of my friend, Becky. I was stunned to find out this week that my friend was diagnosed with breast cancer. Becky and I have known eachother for the better part of our lives, as have our families. Becky and I have shared many great memories together, and we have had our share of fights too, but we have managed to survive. Now Becky has a new challenge on her hands, a fight to beat cancer! Becky has been married to a wonderful man for over 15 years, has two beautiful daughters, and an amazing family of many aunts, uncles and cousins. There is a lot to live for and I know a victory is on its way.
I am not sure how long she will be out of work and I would like to ensure that her husband and kids are not struggling while Becky is working hard towards her recovery. I would like to raise money to cover any expenses related to her inability to work, the gap between her income and disability payments (if any are given), and any extra medical expenses.
Please donate anything you can, as every little bit will help. Becky has always put everyone's needs first and now it's time we give back and support her on the road to recovery.

The road ahead for my family is long and hard, one which only God can help us through and one in which I ask you each to keep my beautiful wife, Becky Lee, in your prayers.
We are a strong family, with a great support network through our family and friends and I want to personally thank you all for everything you have done to make us feel your support. We are ready for whatever challenges we face, knowing that all will turn out well and everything is in God's hands. Please pray for my wife, my girls and I to stay strong through our battle with cancer.
Losing is not an option...WE WILL WIN!!!!
On Thursday April 28th, Becky was diagnosed with breast cancer. Tomorrow, May 10th, she has a full Mastectomy scheduled. Becky will be in the hospital through May 11th and then go through approximately a 1 month recovery from that surgery. Further treatments will continue after month 1 is over and may involve chemo, radiation and/or hormones.
The surgery will prove to be more informative and I will do my best to keep everyone apprised to our progress as we beat cancer. If you need to reach out to please understand that I will likely be very busy, but will respond to your email's, texts, messaged, etc. as I can.
