Becky's fight against brain cancer

On March 13th 2023 our world was completely rocked when our incredible mom, wife, and friend, Becky Slater, was given the diagnosis of brain cancer. Glioblastoma is relentless and Becky has been fighting for her life. She is fighting for more time with her daughter and husband. Samantha was looking forward to seeing colleges with both of her parents; and Matt is praying that he and Becky will be able to celebrate their 28th anniversary together. Glioblastoma doesn’t care about their dreams or wishes. She had a true friendship with her customers and colleagues at the car dealership, but that interaction came to a screeching halt because Becky’s days became filled with chemo treatments, radiation, medications, infusions, and tests upon tests. The physical toll has been overwhelmingly difficult, and Becky is now going to need even more in- home care and their insurance does not cover the extra help at all. They have gone from a 2-income family to a single income family. The challenges they are facing are significant and can feel insurmountable. It is because of our love for Becky, Matt, and Samantha that we are reaching out to all of you and asking you to please help by contributing to their Go Fund Me. They themselves are not ones to reach out and ask for help but the need is too great for us to sit by and do nothing.
