Becoming Dr. Smith - Atlantis Fellowship

Hello! My name is Aaron Smith and I am a biology major in my sophomore year at The Ohio State University. I am dedicated to focusing on the health of infants, children, adolescents and young adults. With that being said, it’s a blessing that I have been accepted into the Atlantis Fellowship Program in Coimbra, Portugal this summer. This fellowship is very selective and a fundamental part of being accepted into medical school. While in Portugal, I will have the opportunity to shadow surgeons and other physicians.

Anyone who is so gracious as to help fund this trip will contribute to my goal of studying medicine abroad, which is a major milestone in my journey to becoming a pediatrician - no gift is too small.
