Help getting a bedroom for Lottie

Hi, my name is Lottie and I am 10.

For 3 years now my parents are trying to get permission from our Freeholder to add a bedroom to our 1bed flat in the form of a loft conversion.

But our Freeholder tries to block this unreasonably. Mummy and daddy have made lots of sacrifices to save up a little money that has now been spent on roof repairs as the roof was leaking and on solicitor and Court fees. I waited 5 years over which they managed to save £17000 for my bedroom which is now lost as a result. 

All I wish for is a bedroom to myself so that I can invite my friends once the Court rules in mummy’s and daddy’s favour. It is now an emergency for me as I have no space to study or play and I start secondary school in September. Would you help please? Thank you so much. Lottie
