Being charged with daughter’s accident need lawyer

July 18th, 2020 I lost my 5 year old daughter in a horrible way. My baby drowned at our little cousins birthday party. I went to go park my car @ their camp grounds 5 minutes!

I left both my children with an adult (there were other adults also) and a big group of children. If you know me as a mother I have never neglected neither child, my kids are ALWAYS with me in my sight. I trusted that my kids would be perfectly fine. With the groups walking back nobody knew where my children were. We began to look for my kids. My son was with one of my cousins he seen him run out the group and got him but nobody seen. My 5year old daughter. I scanned the water a thousand times walking back and forth screaming my daughter name. No response at this time we thinking someone snatched her. 5-10 mins of me walking the campgrounds screaming her name a lady screamed and I hear I found her! I took off like a bat outta hell and dropped to my knees screaming! We hadn’t even been at the park 30-45 mins. Fast forward to now.. 

I stay in a predominantly white area and they are charging me with what happened to my baby. Several lawyers including the one I hired felt the police report was racist several things that had nothing to do with anything were put in it. And now my lawyer wants me to plead guilty because he feel I will lose in this county and it’s not cause of facts. I’ve never been in trouble no record no jail in nursing school and he wants me to say I’m guilty for my child’s death and get a felony 3 I say BULLSHIT i can lose everything my son, my house, my career I am working towards. I say there is no equality for any person of color in the justice system. Doesn’t matter if your innocent. So not only do I have to mourn my daughter my first born I have to fight for my life and freedom for my son also. I was skeptical with putting this up but here it is.I didn’t want to ask! But PLEASE PLEASE  Help me fight an unjust system.
