Being Sued over my Honest Yelp Review

Thank you for taking the time to read my story for this gofundme campaign.  I recently took my Dad to the doctor.  Once we're in a private room and away from other patients, I record his visits so that I can remind my Dad what the doctor said to him afterward.  After my Dad's new doctor saw me recording, he got extremely upset and scared me.  I am now being sued for posting a truthful Yelp review about my experience.  A couple of weeks later, I was served with a lawsuit by this Dr. for sharing my truthful and honest review on yelp. Anyone who knows me, knows that I would never say anything dishonest about a Dr, especially after all the exceptional care My Dad has been provided with over the last almost 4 years, by countless Doctors, Nurses, etc. Most importantly, I believe it's imperative that people be able to read truthful reviews about health care providers so that they and their families can seek out the best care possible for their loved one. I am currently being bullied into silence for writing a truthful review and exercising my free speech rights.  I don't want to give in, but I don't have a lot of money, so I need help paying my legal fees in order to fight back.  Anything that you can contribute would go a long way.  THANK YOU!
