Belfast Marathon Relay Race for Marie Curie

My name is Conor Burns and I am setting up this GoFundMe page to raise money for Marie Curie. Marie Curie is a charity that has become close to my heart in recent times after they began looking after my mum. With Marie Curie not being fully funded by the NHS they rely on donations to keep the care they offer going. On the 30th of April 2023, Ryan Jones, Jordan Copeland, Eoin Logue, Charlie O'Brien and myself will be running the relay race in the Belfast Marathon in aid of Marie Curie.

While it is possible to directly support Marie Curie and donate proceeds directly from the fundraiser, I have decided to make this a personal fundraiser as I wish to give the money directly to the Marie Curie Fundraising office on Kensington Road. This is a more personal donation as this money will directly impact the nurses that have looked after my family and my mum during a very tough period. This money will allow these people to keep doing the amazing work they do.

Any donation no matter the size will greatly impact the work these amazing people do and will drive the boys and myself through the Marathon
