Bella Dingman - A Brave Liver Transplant Recipient
Donation protected
HI ONEIDA AND BURNT HILLS - IT’S TIME TO SUPPORT ONE OF OUR OWN.
14 year old Bella Dingman, daughter of Leah Group, granddaughter of Martha and Bob Group and member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church needs our help. Maybe you remember Bella from the Sherrill Rotary Concession Stand where she volunteered for Sherrill Music in the Park events. Previously a member of Oneida AYSO Soccer as well as active in local theater, Bella recently underwent a liver transplant in New York City. She is expected to have an extended stay in a NYC hospital for a minimum of 4-5 weeks post-transplant. Following her discharge, Bella’s health will need to be monitored closely. This unfortunate situation has resulted in extensive medical and travel expenses for both Bella and her mother, who has lost significant income to be next to Bella’s side throughout this ordeal.
Everyone who has crossed paths with Bella has come away from the experience having met a polite, quiet, unassuming young lady who gives you hope for the future. She is facing a daunting recovery period filled with appointments, medications and disruption to a life that is just beginning. Let’s rally our love, support and monetary donations to minimize their financial stressors and allow Bella and her family to focus on her health.
Currently, Bella is a 9th grader at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake School District and lives with her mom, Leah, Eric Gorman, and cute little brother, Sam.
Let’s show Bella that Oneida and Burnt Hills cares and are pulling for her.
Thank you for your consideration.
