Funding to petition Probate Court about two Wills

This is a story about four brothers who served honorably in the military Army, Navy, and Air Force. Now we find ourselves filing a petition probate court against one the largest Southern Baptist Mega-churches in the Memphis area of. My oldest brother, that initially inherit my mother’s estate passed away November 2019. Upon his death it was discovered that he had a will leaving everything to Bellevue Baptist Church dated 2009. There were two areas of the house in which we did not search for will, the kitchen and the den. It was a crime scene because they was blood all over the kitchen floor as well as in the den. Because I served during the Desert Storm (Gulf War 1991) and have seen major trauma and blood, I was unable to enter those areas. One of my younger brothers requested that he be allowed to search those areas for a a will in the area considering this is where my oldest brother spent most of his time. Originally my youngest brother was wanting to get in the house prior to December 25 but the administrator from Bellevue Baptist Church was too busy so my brother as well is the administrator agreed on a date after the new year. Once my younger brother went into the house with the administrator from Bellevue Baptist Church, they both located another will dated in October 2019. and the administrator from Bellevue Baptist Church stated that it was a “bona-fide legal will.” So naturally I requested from the administrator of Bellevue Baptist Church to release their interest in the property and contents that was listed in their will and let the second will dated October 2019 to stand.
I explained to him that for my two younger brothers needed funds in order to help their family out. My youngest brothers are twins. The one that just passed away, we were left with no choice but to cremate his body for burial in the national cemetery two weeks ago. The other twin has a wife that is going through chemo treatment for cancer which is not curable and very costly. That I really don’t need anything even though I’m on a fixed income also from being 100% disabled veteran. I tried emailing the pastor of that church only to get a call from the administrator’s secretary that he’s in receipt of my email and that he would talk to me in a very short time. When I called back roughly 2 weeks later, I was told that he was out and about and would call me back as soon as he could. Needless to say Bellevue will not release their claim in the original will dated in 2009 no matter what type of hardship my two younger brothers were going through.
The administrator of Bellevue Baptist Church is not willing to release the property and other contents to our family. The house that we grew up in as children. An administrator that is ordained by Bellevue Baptist Church and a lawyer which went to seminary would rather do that ungodly thing according to Matthew 22:21 Jesus said, "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's; being part of the family unit and doing the lighter part of what Jesus said and to God the things that are God's." And I also told the administrator of Bellevue Baptist Church over the phone.
All funds raised will be used for court costs, filing fees, attorney fees, and a trial by jury and with Bellevue Baptist as defendant it's going to probably cost anyplace from an estimated $10,000-$30,000. With the remaining survivors’ veterans being disabled Veterans, we cannot afford to pay the lawyer.
We will need the funds almost immediately. The time is about to run out for us being eligible to file a petition in probate court. According to our lawyer we only have approximately four months to file this petition.
The support that I would receive from everybody would restore my brother Sgt. Raymond Austin Nelson, Jr. wishes at the time of his death which is to leave his little Inheritance and the home that we grew up in as children to his 3 brothers.
This small inheritance would be only about $10,000 per brother if that much. But I know my younger siblings, the twins, are struggling with finances could definitely use these funds. My last brother has a wife that has cancer and going through chemotherapy which is very expensive as well as raising his 7-year-old grandson. As far as myself, I do not want anything from my brother’s estate because my other brother needs the finances more.
I would truly be very grateful for you restoring my oldest brother who was a Vietnam veteran with three tours and one in the Persian Gulf 1991 with me. These funds would help with the financial hardship he has now. Thank you very much and God bless.
