Bello needs an urgent LIFE THREATENING surgery

Hello everybody, we have a very unfortunate and unexpected situation going on with my baby boy Bello here, only 3 and a half years old.. On Sunday he started throwing up and showing signs of extreme pain, extremely lethargic as well as dripping pure blood from his penis. I took him to the ER and they sent him home with some meds along with telling me he needs to be castrated as soon as possible due to his EXTREMELY enlarged prostate found through ultrasounds. His conditions didn’t get any better and he started to urinate extreme amounts of blood. On Tuesday I took him to a low cost veterinarian and they told me they were afraid to perform the surgery because of his extremely high white blood cell count. They told me his current problems need to be a bit better for them to be comfortable with him undergoing the surgery. We went to go home hoping the medicine provided would help. Upon leaving Bello urinated pretty much pure blood so we asked the vet immediately what we should do, they said take him to the ER. The ER told us he needs to be castrated immediately despite his white blood cell count because waiting any longer would be even more riskier than not doing the surgery. We found someone to do his surgery tomorrow (08/06) but unfortunately as of today Bello was not able to urinate what so ever. (Which is one of the problems that the vet said they could not perform surgery if this happens). We rushed him to the ER again and he has to stay overnight sedated & hooked up to IV’s along with a urine catheter until his surgery tomorrow morning. Praying his surgery goes well and his extremely enlarged prostate goes down and size and let’s him be able to urinate, he will hopefully be able to come home with us tomorrow. If he’s still not able to urinate he will need to be hospitalized indefinitely until he is able to urinate again. Unfortunately since his prostate is so enlarged he may very well need to undergo the indefinite hospitalization until being able to do things on his own. As you can imagine this is all extremely costly and especially hard in this tough time of need that everyone is going through. The amount I put to raise most likely will not be nearly enough to cover what is going on considering how up to the neck in payments we are already in from so many ER visits & very likely care he will need after the already insanely expensive surgery. Anything helps at this point. Bello is my life, if I had all the money in the world of my own I’d give it to save his life, so I’m asking that you guys spare what you can so I can keep my ball of sunshine here with us, happy and healthy.
