Beloved husband & father, Steve Alexander Jr.
On Thursday, Sept. 9th , my brother in law, Steve Alexander Jr., after battling for his life for over 10 days in ICU, passed away with his family by his side after suffering an anoxic brain injury.
I have known Steve since I was a child as he and my sister dated all through high school and college. My sister later married Steve in 1993 and they have three sons, Steve III, Nicholas, and Michael. He was the best man at my wedding and a godfather to my son. He loved life, his family, his church, and will be missed so much.
His family, friends, and his community miss him dearly and I know he has left a lasting impact with those who knew him. He was a kind, humble, and selfless person as a coach, mentor, church member, and community leader within the Atlanta community. At this time, my sister, whom he has known since he was 16, is facing medical and other unexpected expenses. This loss has devastated her family and especially the 3 boys.
Thank you for supporting the Alexander family during this time with your support, prayers, and by sharing this page. The funds will be used to support Debra and the family with ICU medical expenses, and other unexpected hardships that she and her sons are presently facing and enduring.
Thank you to so many of you that have already reached out by visiting her and the boys and being supportive/ present during this most unexpected and sad time. Thank you for praying for the servant of God, Eustratios, at this time and thank you for all of your support for Debra and the boys. May his memory be eternal.
