To our friends and family at Local Tap:
Our doors have temporarily closed due to this current pandemic. This moment in time has affected millions of people already who have lost their loved ones and livelihoods. Our decision to close, as hard as it was, seemed to be the only moral and responsible decision for our staff and customers. Financially, we have applied for grants and assistance, but nothing is guaranteed. It’s been day to day uncertainty. We wish we could do more for my staff sooner! We have encouraged them all to apply for unemployment, unsure of when they’ll be able to come back. Being in the industry, it’s typically paycheck to paycheck. To not know when your next one will come creates fear and anxiety about keeping up with life. That being said:
Our staff, whom we all know and love, are the backbone at Local Tap. They make the magic happen! Our family here has the most entertaining, crazy, yet welcoming personalities. Walking in, they’ve always made you feel at home. They’ve made us laugh, given counsel, and made us feel like family. So in these times of crisis, Local Tap is reaching out to help support these awesome peeps! They’ve cooked our food and poured our drinks, let’s keep them stress free by giving back! We have 15 employees and 100% of this account goes to them. Any amount is immensely appreciated! Till then, stay safe and healthy. Together we are Local Tap! ️
