Beloved Retired Teacher Needs Your Help!!

Hi,

My name is Carey and I am in desperate need of your help!! My best friend's family has been going through so many trials and tribulations and truly need a blessing that only God's people can do! In June, Marci was admitted to the hospital with blood clots in her lungs, her heart was in AFib and her kidneys were not working. The doctors got her stable enough to be admitted into a rehab facility, but a few days later she was back in the hospital with her kidneys. They admitted her into the ICU and started dialysis. She now has dialysis 3 times a week and at this point, there are no signs that they will be able to stop it. The doctors have been really struggling to figure out what is going on and she's been in and out of the hospital every week or two for one reason or another. On Sept 5th, she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, which is a blood cancer. We were told that it was 100% treatable and she was scheduled to check into the Mayo Clinic on Sept 25th. Unfortunately, Marci had an incident at dialysis on the 20th and was rushed back to the hospital and admitted back into the ICU with a very low BP. At 4am today (Sept 22nd), she was intubated because her oxygen levels dropped and they couldn't get them up with the O2 levels as high as they could go. This is very bad friends! We are running out of time. Her daughter is disabled and cannot work. I know Marci is not ready to go home yet because she needs to know that Kim will be taken care of and they didn't have a chance to make any arrangements before all of this happened. Kim's Dad passed away in April of 2022 from complications of cancer and they don't have a lot of local family support. At this point, we're asking for everyone to be praying that a bed will open up in the ICU at Mayo, so she can be transported down there to begin her treatments and hopefully, get this thing turned around! I am asking for other Christians to link arms with us and bless the socks off the Myers family. With everything they have going on, the last thing that they need to be worried about is finances.
