Help us give Ben Mellor aka ‘Judge’ the send off he deserves.

As most of you know by now, Ben is sadly no longer with us. His life was too short. He was taken from us too soon.

Ben’s life was indeed a colourful, well travelled and multi-cultural one. He certainly used his time on this planet to learn from, and about, so many different things. When recounting his travelling tales, he became very animated and was well-versed in the cultural differences he had experienced. Sometimes I doubted the stories being told could’ve actually happened, but the way his eyes lit up I knew it could’ve only happened to Ben.

He was a loyal, lovable and fearless friend. He didn’t let circumstances hold him back. In fact quite the opposite! For those who had the honour of really understanding what made Ben tick, we know that his passing has left a huge and empty place in your hearts. Ben was one of the good ones, a diamond, a loyal and wonderful human being. Let’s raise funds to give him the send off he deserves.

We are looking to raise £5,000 (£4,000 funeral costs + £1,000 towards the wake for 80 people). At the time of writing we don’t have a date for Ben’s funeral which will take place at Skipton Crematorium. This page will be updated as soon as we know. The costs will come all at once so please consider donating whatever you can as soon as possible.
