Ben Sanders’ Cancer Crusade
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Family,
In July, Ben was diagnosed with cancer.
He has a rare condition, Carcinomatosis, which means the cancer is already stage 4 and has spread to multiple organs without major symptoms until now. This condition affects less than 1% of cancer patients.
The plan at this point is for Ben to begin aggressive chemotherapy on August 14 for three months. With God’s grace, we are praying the tumors will reduce in size enough that doctors will be able to perform surgery and HIPEC therapy to remove and treat as many of them as possible. After recovery from surgery, Ben will begin another three months of aggressive chemotherapy. We will then meet with the doctors to determine where to go from there.
God has blessed us with wonderful people who are wanting to help support Ben in any way. We are extremely thankful to have so many caring people in our lives. As you can imagine, our medical bills are going to become overwhelming and are already into the thousands of dollars, thus the start of a “Go Fund Me” account to assist with these expenses.
We believe our God is a God of miracles. He is the Great Physician, and we pray for comfort and strength for Ben as we begin this long, difficult journey.
We know Ben was given to us for the purpose of helping our community with his extraordinary ability to counsel kids and families during difficult times. He is a blessing to many, and with God’s help, he will be able to continue to help others for years to come.
Thank you in advance for any contributions, please feel free to share this page.
We appreciate and treasure your prayers more than anything.
Love you and God Bless,
The Sanders’ Family
