Ben Selman and Family

My name is Sydney and over the past month I have witnessed my sister, brother in law and their children come face to face with the unthinkable reality that Ben has cancer. Specifically, TCell ALL. The support they have received since the diagnoses has been so impactful and helpful. There has been an incredible outpouring of gifts, cards and help and Jen and Jeff are so appreciative. They are fortunate to so frequently be presented with the question “how can I help?”

At this point, Ben will likely be hospitalized through at least the month of March and this will create additional strain on the family. The in-patient treatment means that Jen and Jeff will spend the coming weeks juggling hospital stays, care at home and running their business. This will spread them incredibly thin and despite the generous outpouring of support from family, Jen and Jeff will need to hire more consistent help at home to care for Peter and Caroline. The purpose of this fund is to help create a cushion to offset the financial burden of Ben’s illness and inpatient care. Thank you all so much.
