BENefit for Friends - 5k Walk or Run

This year in memory of Ben on his 4th birthday 

we are raising money in aid of Little Blue Heroes Foundation and every donation will help!

We could never thank them enough for doing everything they have done for us, not only before Ben past but their love care & support has always continued. They always gave Ben so much love, care and enjoyment on days out We are forever grateful for the love and support we've received from little blue hero's and all the guards in Nenagh Guarda Station & we hope by doing the 5k fun run/walk that we can give back a little to them to be able to help more children and families like us. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause which means so much to Micheal & myself. We hope ye will join us at the fun run/ walk on the 13th of August in Nenagh Co.Tipperary registration starts @10am with fun run/walk to start @11am. HG182 Ben Hogan
