Benefit for the Family of Nicholas Kernan

Donation protected
On Tuesday afternoon, 5/23/2023, police responded to a report of a shot fired on Donahue Street in Corryville where they found Nicholas Kernan with a gunshot wound after an attempted robbery. During the robbery, Nick responded, saying he had nothing to give. He was then shot for no apparent reason. After the shooting, he was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he tragically passed away.

As a valued member of the Uptown Rental Properties team since March of 2022, Nick was always described as a smiling and friendly teddy bear. His impact on those around him will never be forgotten. The entire Uptown team is deeply saddened and heartbroken. Most importantly, this senseless act of violence has left his wife, Melody, to grieve the loss of her beloved husband.

This fundraiser has been set up to assist Melody and 100% of the proceeds will be delivered directly to her.

Attached are some photos of Nick and his family.
