Ben Everson Family Support Fund

Ben Everson has been an inspiration and blessing to many throughout the years with his ministry in the communication of the gospel both through preaching and singing.  He is a gifted teacher and a gifted musician that has a love for God, his family, and the local church.  

Recently, Ben was diagnosed with a very serious condition in his throat that is going to sideline him for at least 3 months.  He will not be able to sing or speak publicly because the doctors have confined him to voice rest in hopes of repairing the damage done to his throat. Ben and his family’s entire ministry is a faith-based ministry that is completely supported by the donations and any music sales that he receives from the meetings that he has in local churches throughout the year.  He has had to cancel these meetings for the next 3 months because of this so this obviously puts a large financial strain upon the family at this time.  You can read more here at his blog about his condition and what this means for them.  http://beneverson.com/blog/2015/06/08/serious-diagnosis-regarding-my-voice/

We are establishing this funding campaign for the Everson’s in the hopes that the financial strain of all of this can be mitigated and Ben can focus on his health and the restoring of his voice over these next few months.  The financial goal of this campaign takes into account the loss of meetings that they will have over the next 3 months.  Any donation provided will go directly to the Everson’s and this is the only “gofundme” campaign approved by them and will go directly to them in it’s entirety.  This is a time of uncertainty for our "brother in Christ."  Hopefully the damage to his throat/voice is reparable.  I'm sure there is some fear and uncertainty along this journey, but our brother has testified a wonderful truth in a recent song - We don't have to fear because we know that our God is in control.
