Benitez Family Home Fire

Dear Friends, Family and Community. In the early morning of April 13th, the Benitez Family was delivered a devastating blow to their lives when their home caught fire. Daisy, their beloved rescue dog, alerted the house with her barking and was able to wake Peter in time for him to evacuate his family, miraculously unharmed. Once the children were safely out of the burning house, Peter selflessly ran back into the home to save Daisy and received 2nd degree burns to his arms, head and back, requiring emergency skin graft surgery.

 

The family is in desperate need, and with Peter's long recovery ahead of him, they require our help. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers and give what you can.
