Ben Alan Cuthbert Corliss Memorial

Donation protected
I am starting this in hopes of helping the family of Benjamin Alan Corliss, who passed away unexpectedly March 29, 2018.. His family is my family, we were kids together, and we're still together. I don't know what I would do without them in my life, his mother Ellen, sisters Katie and Hannah, and his grandparents Mormor and Papa (Linda and Alan.) They want to spread his ashes far and wide so he can see places I love Ben, and I love them too so much. They have been so good to me and my daughter. All proceeds are to go to his family to help with this difficult time- final expenses, and funeral arrangements. Worry should be the last thing burdening these wonderful people I love so much. They are so much part of my family... Anything helps, please. Thank you <3

Edit:
In the wake of everything surrounding Ben's sudden tragic death, Bens sister Hannah and her fiance Raffaele lost their place to live by no fault of their own and his mother Ellen who was already staying with Bens grandparents to save for an apartment, had to spend the money she had saved for her own apartment on Ben's final arrangements, the cremation and memorial service etc. So they are all staying with his grandparents in their very small 2 bedroom apartment, it is extremely cramped for all of them with 5 people, pets and belongings. His mom is working 40 to 50 hours a week but the saving is going slow. Everyone is grieving packed in on top.of each other, it is really not a good situation for any of them. Bens older sister Katie has taken in her larger dog and is storing all of their worldly possessions in her garage until they can find a place, but it has put an enormous burden on his grandparents. Please consider helping his family, they are all struggling financially because of this sudden, unexpected loss. No donation is too small.
As we all know, Benjamin was a wonderful, loving, giving person with a very dark history. He was abused as a child by his father, as were his sisters and his mother. Ben suffered the brunt of it being the only boy and often the target. Ben tried to numb his pain, eventually turning to drugs. He struggled with addiction for much of his life and had gotten into a recovery program, he was working the steps, had found a job,an apartment, bought a car...things were looking hopeful for us all again...that maybe we would finally have our Ben back. He relapsed and died of a drug overdose on March 29th, 2018, leaving behind his mother, grandparents and two sisters. He spent so much of his life trying to numb the pain that he never truly lived. He is dearly missed by all who loved him.
