Hi, I’m DeAnn, Melisha’s cousin. Please join me in loving Melisha and the kids through this time of heartache.

On Tuesday 11/8, Melisha found her 47-year old husband, Ben, unresponsive in their bed after he went in for a nap. 9-1-1 walked her through resuscitative care, but he is thought to have already passed in his sleep from a possible heart attack. The devastation she and her children witnessed is indescribable.

Ben and Melisha grew a beautiful family together. He was a hard worker and the provider for the family as Melisha loved him and their kids (13, 9, and 4) through her service at home. She is the most loving and devoted mother! She has always been the person to help others but right now, she needs us.
