Benji's Hospital Stay

Hi, my name is Amanda. I am fundraising for my nephew, Benji.

Benji is the two month old son of my sister and her husband, Natalie and Randy Everett.

Benji has spent the last two weeks at Primary Children’s hospital with a severe case of rotavirus which has caused nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. He has had to be on constant IV fluids until recently, they have been able to start feeding him through a feeding tube. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster for Benji’s parents and Benji’s older brother. Benji has been working hard to get better but he’s struggling to get back to eating and being his normal self. They are not sure yet when he will be allowed to go home. His parents have a very high deductible plan and just got out of school so they are very short on funds and worried about how they will make their payments! This is racking up to be quite expensive for them. The money earned through this fundraiser will be used to pay for Benji’s medical bills, and any amount left over will be used to donate to Primary Children’s hospital.
