Bennett’s Fearless Fight: Round Two

Hi, I’m Bennett’s Auntie Cheyann,

This past Sunday, our family’s world was shattered once again. After a year of fighting bravely, we received the devastating news that Bennett’s leukemia has returned. Now, at just 3.5 years old, he is preparing for another battle.

Bennett will be heading to St. Jude’s in the United States this Sunday to begin a clinical trial—his best chance at beating leukemia. His parents, Tiana and CJ, are doing everything they can, but this journey comes with overwhelming challenges. They have already had to cover the cost of Oliver’s flight (Bennett’s big brother and stem cell donor from his previous transplant), and CJ has had to take leave from work, adding financial strain to an already stressful time.

For those who don’t know, Bennett is a bright, energetic little boy who loves playing outside, coloring, playing with his cars, and watching his favorite movie, Tarzan. He has the funniest personality and the biggest heart. More than anything, we just want him back home, happy and healthy, surrounded by his family where he belongs.
