Help Ben recover from a dog attack

Hi my name is Alex, on Monday the 20th of May my dog Ben was attacked by another dog whilst on his walk. This took place in Hartlepool and was widely reported by the local media. Ben suffered lacerations and puncture wounds to his neck. As a result his vet bills are currently over 600 pounds and growing and he requires surgery now.
