D’Nazia Maelynn Uzzle

17 year old D’nazia Uzzle “Nay” was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. She was taken from us tragically on Saturday, April 15. 2023. She was a senior at New London High School, one month away from turning 18 and two months away from graduating. Nay participated in the New London High School girls' basketball team. She was admired for her drive, commitment to her friends and family, and her bright personality. She was such a loving, caring, and compassionate person with a great sense of humor. Nay was so smart and had such high hopes and dreams. She aspired to work with the physically and mentally handicapped in her adult life. D’Nazia favorite color was pink. She loved to paint and draw and found painting a way to express her self. Nay was such a beautiful soul and will be extremely missed by so many. We know she is watching over us and in a better place. We will continue to seek justice for Nay, she never deserved this. she was way too young and had such a bright future ahead of her. Forever Loved. Never Forgotten. Forever 17.
