Help Bentley Get Through His Injuries

On Friday we got Bentley a puppy sitter while we were working. At 7pm we got the worst call we could've received. We were told our puppy got out and was struck by a car. We didn't know how serious it all was until we reached the emergency room. We were then told the odds of our puppy making it was 50/50. His injuries include head trauma, lung contusion, broken hip, broken leg and broken rib. As of right now Bentley has spent the last 24 hours in a oxygen chamber but his lung conditions aren't improving at all. The next step we have to take in order to give Bentley his best chance at survival is to transfer Bentley to a place in the morning which will cost anywhere from 10-20k which we currently don't have after spending everything we have to get him to this point. We do not want to give up on our baby Bentley and have had to make this go fund me in hopes that we can afford to move forward to a ventilator.
