Bere Island held its inaugural arts weekend last year and is already securing its place as one of Ireland’s most unique festival experiences for audiences and artists. The island community welcomes people to its shore and, from the moment they step on board the ferry to attend this festival, audiences will become part of something very special. A festival like no other. The island becomes the setting for music, song, visual, performing and spoken art inspired and adapted for this one-of-a-kind setting.

Bere Island Arts Festival provides a platform for established and emerging high quality artists from Ireland and further afield.

Bere Island Arts Festival is organised and run entirely by a volunteer committee. All donations are gratefully received and will help keep this vibrant festival alive.

Anyone who makes a donation before the 31st August will be entered into a draw for a 2024 Weekend Pass for two people. This pass will allow free access to all festival events.
