BERKSHIRE ARTISTREE AWARD 2024

Berkshire Artistree Award for Outstanding Contribution to Live Music & the Arts

The Berkshire Artistree is a community of musicians, artists, poets and comedians local to Berkshire.

In 2023, we launched a fundraiser to help support our very own Nicole Allan with her debut single ‘Should’ve Known Better”, released spring 2023. With the support of the BA community, we raised enough to fund a professional video shoot and interview!

This year, in 2024, we have decide to do it again This time the nominees will be judged by three judges who are heavily involved in the community - this year’s nominees are:

Rebecca Red - Singer and community radio host

Harry Jones - Guitarist, loop station aficionado and band member

Sophie Sheehan - Originals musician, event volunteer and LBGTQQ+ Advocate

Nathan Fullbrook - promoter and events, advocate for fair pay in events

Paul Glover - Drummer, promoter and charity marathon runner

Dave & Di, The Retreat - Advocates of jazz music in

Rob Snowden - Promoter and solo artist

Dave - Promoter for local events such as Heavypop and AYL festival

James kell - Multi instrumentalist and communal band artist

Massive congrats to all the above nominees, these are all submitted by someone else in the community who wants you and all your achievements to be celebrated!

We had an amazing level of support last year and would like anyone else the opportunity to donate to the cause, where artists celebrate artists in the community!

The award will be presented at 10pm on 19th January 2024 at The Butler, RG1 7DS.
