Honoring the life of Bernard Parker

My heart is so heavy and empty at the same time. Just a few short days ago my husband (as I lovingly called him) was tragically killed outside of a bar and taken away from my children and I. Bernard “B” Parker was not only my life partner but he was my best friend. While he may have biologically only had one daughter , he was also Daddy to our two sons. His absence is hard on me but it’s extremely hard on the children. They don’t understand why he hasn’t been home in over three days now. His daughter continues to cry out for him and is constantly watching the door waiting for him to come home. The impact of his sudden death is horrifying for us.

Life as we know it will never be the same. Bernard was everything to our little family. He was an amazing father, a wonderful husband, a helpful friend, a devoted son, and just an all around joy to be with. His presence was felt in every room he entered. He loved to Travel, make new friends, and just enjoy life. We will miss him terribly.

As a way to honor his life and his legacy, we would love to give him a proper Goodbye. As his wife( as he lovingly called me ), I am asking for your help with doing so.
