Best Defense is The Love Offense(-ive) Tara Morris Med Fund

We sometimes come across a person whose acquaintance somehow stuns us into—or out of—one state of being into another. Tara Morris is one of those people and she uses her incredible gifts of lifting and strengthening others so that they can live their best lives.

In November of this year, Tara learned that she has stage 1 breast cancer and will undergo a double mastectomy, followed by reconstructive surgery. With the love and support of her friends, the community she’s created, and the life lessons she’s been sharing with us along the way, Tara feels prepared to take on this challenge…except for one missing piece—money.

It’s the one thing someone shouldn’t have to worry about as they move into a life-changing medical procedure. Even with insurance, Tara is facing nearly $20,000 in deductibles, to be paid out of pocket; not to mention that she will not physically be able to teach her classes for an extended period of time.
