Beth Dunlap 18 Fund

In coordination with the Gies College of Business Deans's Business Council and Accountancy Advisory Board, a gofundme account has been established in memory of Elizabeth Renee Dunlap, daughter of Randy and Jennifer Dunlap. 

The Beth Dunlap 18 Fund aims to celebrate the positive spirit of the 17-year-old varsity volleyball player, whose tragic death has inspired classmates, staff, and community members to perform 18 acts of kindness. According to Dunlap's obituary, the Beth Dunlap 18 Fund will perform 18 acts of kindness in the volleyball community each year in Beth's memory. 

Donations made will go straight to the Beth Dunlap 18 Fund. Donations can also be made at any Chase Bank, her memorial states. Elizabeth Renee Dunlap Obituary 

Since the crash, in which Dunlap was struck by a vehicle heading southbound on Main Street as she was crossing the street outside of Downers Grove North, members of the school and community have stepped up to celebrate the teen's life. Even volleyball players from other schools have worn the #bethstrong painted on their hands or on their jerseys.
