Beth Schwan McGarrity AHA Memorial Fundraiser
On August 6th, my Aunt Beth suddenly passed away due to COVID-19 complications. My Aunt Beth was one of a kind, in the truest sense of the phrase. Beth was fearless, kind, considerate, loving, and she had a sense of humor like no other. Above all else, Beth would do whatever it took to protect those she loved, and she is already missed indescribably. I loved and admired my Aunt Beth, she was the most genuine person I knew. If she loved you, you knew without question; if she had an issue with you, you had better get as far away from her as possible! And while her family and friends are absolutely devastated by her passing, and though things will never be the same without her, it is my hope that her legacy will live on through those who knew her best.
It is with this in mind that I have started this fundraiser. The American Heart Association meant a great deal to my Aunt as her father (my grandpa Tom) passed away of a heart attack almost 25 years ago. In honor of her memory and her love for her father, I ask that you help me contribute to the AHA in any amount you can.
As an added incentive to donate, if we reach our goal of $5,000, I will shave my mullet and live stream it on Canzoneri’s Barbershop’s page. Thank you in advanced to anyone who donates!
